When do you need it?
On large projects where several contractors work at the same time; when the client has no in-house technical team; or when a second opinion is needed before taking over a project.
The Railport project for Arkas Holding is our most comprehensive example of this service: the design, construction drawings and site coordination of nine shared spaces were handled by one team.
How we work
- Initial survey and document review: existing drawings, contracts and the programme are reviewed.
- Risk and gap list: mismatches between drawings and site, and material and budget risks, are reported.
- Coordination meetings: regular agendas and a decision log with the client, contractor and fabricator.
- Site checks and reporting: photo progress reports, snag lists and a final check before acceptance.
What affects the cost?
The scale of the project, the number of days on site, the number of contractors and how often reports are needed. We define the scope after the site survey and quote accordingly.
Site coordination in Istanbul and across Türkiye
From our Istanbul base we provide site coordination for office, logistics and industrial buildings, as well as home and villa renovations. For projects outside the city, site visits are planned around the programme.

Can I get consultancy while working with a contractor?
Yes. Without replacing your contractor, we carry out technical checks and coordination on your behalf.
At what stage should we be brought in?
Ideally before construction drawings begin. We can also join a project already under way and report on where it stands.
How often are site reports prepared?
Usually weekly, depending on the pace of the project, and more often at critical stages.
Do you work on projects outside Istanbul?
Yes. Across Türkiye and abroad, with site visits planned around the programme.
