In a turnkey renovation, one company takes on every job from strip-out to handover. From our Istanbul base, we deliver home, apartment, villa and office renovations across Türkiye under one contract, with one point of contact and one schedule. Because the team that designs the project also runs the site, nothing is lost between the drawing and the building.

What affects the price?
- Floor area and number of rooms
- Whether plumbing and electrical systems are replaced
- Material grade: tiles, parquet, marble, paint and fittings
- The share of custom-made furniture
- Building rules and working hours (limits on noisy work)
- Whether work must be phased while the space is in use
After the site survey we price every item separately and give you a quote with no hidden costs. Site surveys within Istanbul are free of charge; projects outside Istanbul and abroad are planned separately.
Process
- Survey and brief (1–2 weeks): the space is measured on site and the requirements and budget are agreed.
- Concept and visualisation (2–4 weeks): layout options, material boards and renders.
- Shop drawings and production (2–8 weeks): fabrication details are drawn and furniture is made in the workshop.
- Installation and handover: weekly photos and progress reports, and a checklist at handover.
Reporting
We inspect the site every week and share progress through photo and cost reports. Key delivery dates are marked from the outset in the programme attached to the contract.
Supervision only
If you prefer to work with your own contractors, we can stay on the design, drawing and supervision side without taking on the construction work.
We carry out site surveys and projects on both the Asian and European sides of Istanbul, as well as across Türkiye and abroad.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a turnkey renovation take?
Around 6–10 weeks for an apartment and 10–20 weeks for a medium-sized office floor. How quickly material decisions are made is the main factor.
Can you renovate our office while we keep working?
Yes. Noisy work is scheduled outside office hours and the space is renovated in phases.
How is the budget set?
After the site survey, materials and labour are costed item by item and you receive a clear quote with no hidden costs.
Do you work outside Istanbul?
Yes. Projects outside Istanbul, such as Railport in Kocaeli, and projects abroad are planned separately.
