Concept, developed and construction design for offices, homes and commercial spaces, starting from how people use them.
We start from the people who use the space. The layout grows out of everyday routines, and the material palette out of the character of the space. At concept stage we present options, then develop the chosen idea consistently all the way to construction drawings.
In the first meeting we talk about how the space will be used, not about the room itself: who will be where, and when. In an office this sets the balance between focused work and meetings; in a home, the relationship between guests, kitchen and storage. Only then do we start drawing.
Most of the time lost at design stage comes from not knowing how many people need to approve decisions. Naming a single decision-maker shortens the process noticeably.
Offices and commercial spaces, new and existing apartments, villas and detached houses, shops, restaurants and showrooms. You can commission design as a concept only, or together with construction drawings and turnkey delivery.
Floor area and number of rooms, the level of deliverables (concept, developed design or construction drawings), the number of renders and the number of revision rounds. When we also build the project, design and construction are combined in one quote.
From our Istanbul base we design home renovations, office fit-outs and commercial interiors, and we work both remotely and on site on projects across Türkiye and abroad.
Example projects: BÇM Residence and Railport – Arkas Holding.
We carry out site surveys and projects on both the Asian and European sides of Istanbul, as well as across Türkiye and abroad.
Yes. You can commission a concept, developed design or construction drawings only, and have the work built by your own contractor.
At concept stage we usually present two or three layout and material options, then develop the chosen one.
Because materials are chosen from physical samples and details are carried into the construction drawings, any difference is kept to a minimum.
It depends on the size of the space and how quickly decisions are made; we set the timeline together at the first meeting.
