An Istanbul-based interior architecture and fit-out studio.

Sonart Mimarlık is an Istanbul-based architecture, interior design and fit-out studio that treats architectural design not as a purely aesthetic exercise but as a combination of sound planning, function, quality construction and everyday comfort.

For homes, villas, offices, commercial spaces and other places people live and work, we offer architectural design, interior architecture, turnkey renovation, construction, custom furniture, landscape design and consultancy as one integrated service. We run projects in Istanbul, across Türkiye and abroad.

We never start a project from a template. We begin by analysing the space, the needs of the people who will use it, the budget and the expectations. Our aim is not only to design spaces that look good, but to create functional, well-considered solutions that people will enjoy for many years.

We pay attention to detail throughout the process, from design to construction. From material choices to lighting, from custom furniture to storage, and from shop drawings (fabrication and construction drawings) and site details to landscaping, we treat every stage of a project as part of one whole.

Design to delivery, under one roof

We know that transforming a space involves much more than drawings. That is why we aim to stay beside our clients at every stage: defining needs, developing the design, choosing materials, building and completing the project.

This reduces the communication and coordination problems that can arise between separate teams, and creates a more controlled, clearer and more sustainable process. Working with one contract, one point of contact and one schedule makes both time and cost predictable.

Every project is unique

Every client’s way of life, every building’s character and every project’s needs are different. That is why we focus on solutions tailored to the people and the place.

We combine a modern design approach with timber, natural stone, marble, metal, glass, textiles and other surface materials to create timeless, confident spaces. We see lighting, ergonomics, storage and everyday habits as an integral part of the design.

Today and tomorrow

Our goal at Sonart Mimarlık is to raise the level of reliability, design quality and construction discipline with every project we deliver.

By following new architectural approaches, materials and technologies, we continue to develop more functional, sustainable and user-focused projects.

With services that range from homes to commercial spaces and from interiors to landscape and outdoor projects, we aim to turn our clients’ ideas into buildable, high-quality spaces. We work with the same discipline at every scale, from the Arkas Holding Railport management building to residential projects in Istanbul.
