When you contact us through the contact form on our website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp, we process your name, phone number, email address and any project information you share in your message. If you accept cookies, we also process data about how you use the site (pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location).
We process your personal data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, hold pre-contract discussions and measure service quality, on the legal bases in Article 5(2)(c) KVKK (establishing or performing a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) KVKK (legitimate interest). Website usage statistics are processed only with your explicit consent (Article 5(1) KVKK), to improve the website.
Data is collected electronically through the website contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp and, if you give your consent, through cookies.
In line with Articles 8 and 9 KVKK, your personal data may be transferred only to authorised public bodies where this is needed to meet our legal obligations, and to the email and hosting providers that are essential for providing our services. If you accept cookies, website usage data is transferred to our analytics provider Google LLC (Google Analytics) and may be processed on servers outside Türkiye; this transfer is based on your explicit consent.
Enquiry data is kept for no more than two years after the enquiry is concluded. If a contract is signed, it is kept for the period required by the applicable legislation. At the end of that period it is deleted or anonymised.
Under Article 11 KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected; ask for it to be erased or destroyed; ask for these actions to be notified to the third parties who received the data; object to a result against you that arises from analysis by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Our website does not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics statistics cookies to measure, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and how it is used; these cookies are set only if you give your consent, and no statistics cookies are set if you decline. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page. Apart from this, there is only a session cookie for WordPress administrator login, which is never set for visitors.
